Eligibility for RefundsStandard Products:   To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.Customized Products: Custom-printed or personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product or an error in customization caused by us.

2. Process for Returns and RefundsInitiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at business.annexshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back the item.Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable ItemsGift Cards: Gift cards purchased from Annexshops.com are non-refundable.Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are non-returnable and non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective ItemsReporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at business.annexshop@gmail.com. Provide photos of the damaged product, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.Resolution: We will either replace the damaged item at no additional cost or provide a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.

5. ExchangesExchange Policy: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.6.
